It&#8217;s important for companies to do more than set up an autoresponder &#8211; they should interact with their clients and prospects by blog as well, and have their sales department contact the new signups by phone, thank them for their interest, and ask if they can be of service at present. </p>
<p>If nothing else, it distinguishes their web response from the others, and starts a dialogue that could lead to higher sales volume from their site.</p>
