I hate finding the right company, a site that confirms they&#8217;re the one I want, and then not finding an e-mail link to reach them. Needless to say, I find one of their competitors shortly thereafter.<br />

There is a place for this of course, but the unspoken questions in a likely prospects mind is what a site should be all about.
