Great post.

A booth at a trade show is a good comparison with your webpage. First impression counts. Then the goodies. Trade shows also differ internationally (I organized a few too) as websites mught have international audiance too. Here in Brazil it is mainly social, the right selection of snacks and drinks and hostages are important.
